Hexloom Labs ("we") builds digital software tools. This policy covers what happens to your data when you use a Hexloom Labs product.
What we don't collect
Our tools process your files entirely in your browser. Files you upload or create in a Hexloom Labs tool are never sent to our servers.
What we do collect
Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) via our hosting provider, kept only as long as needed for security and abuse prevention. If you buy a Pro unlock, payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we receive confirmation that you paid and never see or store your card details. We may store a small marker in your browser's local storage to remember that you've unlocked Pro; this never leaves your device.
If you contact us, we use your email only to reply to you. If a product offers an opt-in mailing list, we use it only to send updates about that product, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Third parties
We use Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for hosting. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.
